These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) regulate the use of the Find My Logger (hereinafter referred to as the “App”) and the purchase of licenses to unlock additional features and services offered through the App.

The App is generally available to users free of charge and provides basic features.
The purchase of a license allows the user to access advanced features and services within the App.
The user is obliged to use the App in accordance with the applicable terms of use and relevant laws and regulations.
The purchase of a license is facilitated through the service provider FastSpring, which handles payment processing and invoicing.
The user accepts the General Terms and Conditions of FastSpring, which are viewable during the purchase process.
Users have the right to exercise their right of withdrawal within a specified period after the purchase of a license. The specific conditions and deadlines are outlined in our withdrawal policy.
The App is developed and maintained with the utmost care. However, we disclaim liability for any damages or data loss resulting from the use of the App.
We reserve the right to amend the App and these GTC at any time.
Users can terminate the App and their license at any time by contacting our support.
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply.
Jurisdiction is Hamburg, Germany.
These GTC are effective as of 05.11.23 and may be updated from time to time.
